This September, Aultman Orrville Hospital is offering two health talks as a part of its monthly education series.
On September 4, internal medicine physician Robert Sabota, M.D. will present a health talk on managing and controlling high blood pressure. The presentation will be from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Aultman Orrville Community Room.
On September 25, Aultman community wellness nurse Linda Brunk will present “Make your Plate, MyPlate.” MyPlate is a USDA initiative based on 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans to help consumers make better food choices. Brunk will be giving away MyPlate placemats, which illustrate the five food groups that are the building blocks for a healthy diet. The presentation will be from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Aultman Orrville Community Room.
