Aultman Orrville Hospital will be hosting its annual community event this April. The event, titled “Spring into Wellness,” is open to all residents in Orrville and the surrounding communities.
The “Spring into Wellness” community event is scheduled for April 27 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Aultman Orrville. The family-friendly event will include activities, health education, door-prize raffles and free health screenings for people of all ages. Working in conjunction with the Growing Healthy Habits Coalition, the health screenings include glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and body mass index measures.
“Spring into Wellness” is also now a part of “Healthy Orrville Day,” a proclamation made by Mayor David Handwerk to be celebrated each year.
Community members can learn about the family-centered programs and service lines available at Aultman Orrville. In addition, local partner organizations will be on hand to provide health information and giveaways. This is a free event and includes lunch provided by Aultman Orrville.
