ORRVILLE, Ohio (Sept. 26 2017) – Aultman Orrville Hospital will host two health talks in October, as part of a monthly educational speaker series. This series was established in response to the community’s rising need for trusted, accurate health information. All Health Talks will begin at 6 p.m. in Aultman Orrville’s community room. These talks are free and open to the public.
On Tuesday, Oct. 10, Janet Moore, RN, OCN Coordinator from Aultman Hospital, will present “Changing the Future of Cancer Treatment.” Join Janet as she explains the different types of cancers and how clinical trials are changing the future of cancer treatments.
On Wednesday, Oct. 25, Robert Hutson, M.D., from Aultman Orrville Dunlap Family Physicians, will present “Thyroid Disease.” The small but mighty, butterfly-shaped, thyroid gland controls many of your body’s important functions. Join Dr. Hutson as he talks about the many problems associated with the thyroid gland.
