ORRVILLE, Ohio (July 11, 2012) – Aultman Orrville Hospital has added a new Internal Medicine physician to its medical staff team. Dr. Richard Jones, M.D., a graduate of Windsor University School of Medicine, has relocated his practice to Orrville to serve the Wayne County community. Specializing in comprehensive Internal Medicine for adults, Jones completed his Internal Medicine residency with the Aultman/Canton Medical Education Foundation Internal Medicine Residency Program. In addition, Jones has a special interest in diagnosing and treating primary care disorders of the spine.

Aultman Orrville views the addition of Jones as a win for the hospital and Wayne County. “We are delighted to have Dr. Jones here at Aultman Orrville,” stated CEO Dr. Marchelle Suppan. “He brings a special expertise in caring for adult patients in our community.” Suppan also noted that Jones will be available for hospitalist services, which manages the care of hospitalized patients. 

Also excited about the opportunity, Jones comes to Orrville as a current member of the Aultman Medical Staff and previously held a practice in Canton.  “I am excited to be a part of the Aultman Orrville team and for the opportunity to provide personalized, committed care to the residents of Orrville and the surrounding communities,” said Jones. “The staff and this community have already given me a very warm welcome, and I am certainly dedicated to them and Aultman Orrville.”
