ORRVILLE, Ohio (May 29, 2014) –Two Aultman Orrville employees received special awards at Aultman Health Foundation’s recognition dinner on May 15. The annual event, held at the Canton Civic Center, celebrates and recognizes employees for their years of service, dedication and performance at Aultman.
Aultman Orrville Lab employee Tiffany Durstine received the Rising Star award, which recognizes employees with less than ten years of service who show potential for advancement, enthusiasm in promoting Aultman and ways to improve services offered.
Aultman Orrville Security employee Stanley Bryant received the Keys to Success award, a new honor designed to recognize those individuals whose deeds or actions stand out to their peers as best representing Aultman to patients, employees, the medical staff, the board of directors and the community. Keys to Success winners must actively promote safety, service and teamwork, in addition to the promoting Aultman’s mission and values.

The two Aultman Orrville special award winners were joined by more than 800 Aultman Health Foundation employees celebrating the evening of recognition. More than 40 of those employees were from Aultman Orrville, celebrating milestones ranging from five years of service to 45 years.
The sole 45-year honoree from Aultman Orrville was Vice President of Patient Services Judy Erb, who began work at Aultman in 1968. “I can’t believe it’s been 45 years, but I’ve truly enjoyed every one of them,” Erb said. “Aultman is a fantastic place to work and I feel lucky to celebrate this milestone.”
