"What is MyPlate?” will be presented Wednesday, Sept.17 by Linda Brunk, RN, CPN, ACE-CHC, Aultman’s Community Wellness Nurse and Health Coach. More than one-third of children and two-thirds of adults in the U.S. are overweight or obese. In order to help stop this epidemic, the USDA created the MyPlate food guide icon. Come to find out how you can adopt healthy eating habits, learn about the five food groups that are the building blocks for a healthy diet and receive a free MyPlate placemat!
